The President must, within 90 days after December 22, 2023, and then every two years for 8 years, send the Senate Foreign Relations Committee and the House Foreign Affairs Committee a report. The report must list advanced military platforms, technologies, and equipment that are pre-cleared and prioritized for sale to Australia, the United Kingdom, and Canada under the Foreign Military Sales and Direct Commercial Sales programs, even if those countries have not asked for them. The lists can include items not tied to the AUKUS partnership. They must not include items that lack an exemption under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations, except unmanned aerial systems or hypersonic systems may be included even if they lack that exemption.
