Title 22 › Chapter 113— UNITED STATES FOUNDATION FOR INTERNATIONAL CONSERVATION › § 10608
Not later than 360 days after December 23, 2024, and every year after while the Foundation still operates, the Executive Director must send a report to the appropriate congressional committees. The report must state the Foundation’s goals; the programs, projects, and activities it supports; the private and government contributions it receives; and the standard criteria used to choose and measure those programs, including baselines, targets, desired outcomes, measurable goals, and how well each project is meeting those goals.
