Title 22 › Chapter 113— UNITED STATES FOUNDATION FOR INTERNATIONAL CONSERVATION › § 10609
Gives permission to set aside money for the Foundation to carry out the chapter’s work: $1,000,000 for fiscal year 2025 and up to $100,000,000 for each year 2026 through 2034. Grant recipients can only get these funds if they first secure at least twice as much money for the same project from sources other than the United States Government. The Foundation’s administrative costs must be paid from non‑United States Government sources. Foundation grants cannot be used to try to influence laws before Congress.
