When the Commonwealth of the Philippine Islands is established, the United States must give the Commonwealth all property and legal rights the U.S. got in the Philippines under the earlier treaties. This does not include land or property the U.S. President set aside for military or other U.S. government reservations, or any land or rights already sold or legally disposed of.
