Title 22 › Chapter 21— SETTLEMENT OF INTERNATIONAL CLAIMS › Subchapter I— GENERAL PROVISIONS › § 1622b
Transfers all duties, powers, and responsibilities of the Foreign Claims Settlement Commission, along with its staff, property, money, unspent funds, authorizations, allocations, and any debts or liabilities. The Commission will keep carrying out its work under the War Claims Act of 1948, the International Claims Settlement Act of 1949, and Reorganization Plan Numbered 1 of 1954.
