Title 22 › Chapter 21— SETTLEMENT OF INTERNATIONAL CLAIMS › Subchapter II— VESTING AND LIQUIDATION OF BULGARIAN, HUNGARIAN, AND RUMANIAN PROPERTY › § 1631d
If someone pays money or gives property to the President or the person he names under this law, that payment or transfer fully settles what they owed, as far as that payment goes. If the payment or transfer was made in good faith while following this law or any rules or orders under it, the person who made it cannot be sued in court over it.
