Require the Commission to finish settling certain claims by set deadlines. Claims under 1641d(a)(1) must be completed within two years after August 9, 1955, or within two years after Congress provides funds for the Commission’s administrative expenses, whichever date is later. All other claims under that subchapter must be finished within four years after that later date. Claims under 1641b(4) and 1641c(b)-(c) must be finished within two years after July 24, 1968, or after Congress provides funds for those administrative expenses, whichever is later. Claims under 1641b(5) must be finished within two years after the deadline set in 1641e(c).
