By June 30, 2006, and every June 30 after that, the Agency’s Administrator, through the office director, must send the right congressional committees a yearly report explaining how this part of the law was carried out during the previous fiscal year. When possible, the report should give details about help under section 2211a (amounts, names and types of partners, countries, and how targeting rules were followed); the share of aid by income level and by gender; estimated people helped by income, gender, and type of aid; results from the monitoring system under section 2211b; and any method used to measure poverty under section 2211c. The report must be posted on the Agency’s website.
