Keeps actions taken under laws repealed by section 642(a) and the Foreign Assistance Act of 1969 in force until the proper authority changes them. Meeting similar conditions under those laws counts as meeting this chapter’s requirements, and funds under laws repealed by section 642(a)(2) and the Foreign Assistance Act of 1969 remain available for their original uses unless law says otherwise.
