Title 22 › Chapter 34— THE PEACE CORPS › § 2518
The President may create, change, and use an official Peace Corps seal or emblem that courts must accept as official. Only programs allowed by this law can use that seal or the name "Peace Corps." Anyone (person or group) who uses the seal, a look-alike, the words "Peace Corps," or a similar mark for other purposes can be fined up to $500, jailed up to six months, or both. The Attorney General, U.S. attorneys, or others authorized to represent the United States can ask a court to stop the misuse.
