Summary
The Secretary of the Treasury must create a system to share information with other member countries about proposed assistance from multilateral development banks. The Treasury Secretary must do this after consulting with the Secretary of State and the Administrator of the Agency for International Development.

The Secretary of the Treasury, in consultation with the Secretary of State and the Administrator of the Agency for International Development, shall create a system for cooperative exchange of information with other interested member countries on assistance proposals of the multilateral development banks.
