Treasury must tell U.S. directors at each international financial institution (see 262r(c)(2)) to oppose loans or use of funds for countries Secretary of State has named under 50 U.S.C. 4605(j), 22 U.S.C. 2371, or 22 U.S.C. 2780 as repeatedly supporting terrorism. International Financial Institutions are defined in 262r(c)(2).
