Title 22 › Chapter 7— INTERNATIONAL BUREAUS, CONGRESSES, ETC. › § 266
Allows up to $3,000 a year from the U.S. Treasury to support the permanent international commission for navigation and to pay the actual travel and meeting costs of properly accredited U.S. delegates. The Secretary of the Army may request the money each year, set rules for spending it, and delegates get no salary but are reimbursed from this fund.
