Allows the U.S. Commissioner, under articles 12 and 23 of the February 3, 1944 treaty with Mexico about the Colorado, Tijuana, and the Rio Grande below Fort Quitman, Texas, to acquire for the United States by purchase or eminent domain Imperial Irrigation District canal and intake works, a quarry, buildings, and lands near Andrade, California, and to reconstruct, operate, and maintain them.
