Title 22 › Chapter 7— INTERNATIONAL BUREAUS, CONGRESSES, ETC. › Subchapter IV— INTERNATIONAL BOUNDARY AND WATER COMMISSION › § 277d–9
Lets Congress give whatever money is needed to the U.S. Section of the International Boundary and Water Commission (United States and Mexico) to pay costs from agreements to build, operate, and maintain a project. Money already given to the State Department under that heading, money from Mexico under those agreements, and money from the city of Calexico, California, can all be used with any related funds set aside for these purposes and for section 277d–8.
