The U.S. Governor of the Bank may vote yes on two July 1975 resolutions that raise the Bank’s capital and add money to the Fund for Special Operations. If those resolutions pass, the United States may subscribe to 99,474 new shares at $10,000 par each (89,526 callable shares and 9,948 paid‑in shares) and contribute $600,000,000 to the Fund. Congress allows the Treasury to pay these costs. It authorizes $1,199,997,873 for the U.S. stock subscription and $600,000,000 for the Fund. No more than $15,677,000 of the Fund money may be used in fiscal year 1982.
