The Treasury may give up to $565,020,000 to the International Development Association to fund debt relief during IDA’s 17th replenishment if Congress approves. Congress may appropriate that amount with no fiscal‑year limit, and the payment must not change funding arrangements as of Dec 16, 2014. Multilateral Debt Relief Initiative = G8 “Conclusions on Development” (London, June 11, 2005; reaffirmed at Gleneagles, July 8, 2005).
