§285i Authorization for Payment of United States Contribution; United States Special Resources

Summary

Allows the U.S. Governor of the Bank to agree to provide $100,000,000 to the Bank. The money must be paid in two yearly installments of $60,000,000 and $40,000,000, starting in fiscal year 1972. The contribution is called the United States Special Resources. The United States Special Resources must be used under the rules in this subchapter, under Article 19 of the Bank’s Articles of Agreement, and under the Bank’s Special Funds Rules and Regulations.
