The U.S. Governor for the Fund can give $174,440,000 on behalf of the United States to the Fund’s thirteenth replenishment, but only if Congress provides the money. Congress is allowed to appropriate $174,440,000, without a fiscal year limit, for the Secretary of the Treasury to pay that amount.

(a)In general
The United States Governor of the Fund may contribute on behalf of the United States $174,440,000 to the thirteenth replenishment of the resources of the Fund, subject to obtaining the necessary appropriations.
(b)Authorization of appropriations
In order to pay for the United States contribution provided for in subsection (a), there are authorized to be appropriated, without fiscal year limitation, $174,440,000 for payment by the Secretary of the Treasury.
