The United States Governor of the Bank may pledge $180,000,000 to the Asian Development Fund, but any pledge must wait until Congress provides the money. To pay for that pledge, up to $180,000,000 can be appropriated for the Treasury with no time limit, and no more than $14,116,177 may be made available in fiscal year 1982.
