Allows the United States Governor of the Fund to ask for and agree to raise the United States quota in the Fund by $1,375,000,000, as the Fund’s Board of Governors proposed on February 2, 1959. It also lets the United States Governor of the Bank vote for the Bank’s capital increase recommended by its Board on February 2, 1959, and, if that increase takes effect, to subscribe for 31,750 additional shares of the Bank on behalf of the United States.
