The U.S. Governor at the International Monetary Fund may contribute $150,000,000 to the ESAF Interest Subsidy Account for the United States, but may not promise any of that money until Congress provides the same amount. Congress may provide up to $150,000,000, with no fiscal year limit, to be paid by the Treasury Secretary.
