Title 22 › Chapter 7— INTERNATIONAL BUREAUS, CONGRESSES, ETC. › Subchapter XV— INTERNATIONAL MONETARY FUND AND BANK FOR RECONSTRUCTION AND DEVELOPMENT › § 286m
Lets the Treasury Secretary use up to $3,750,000,000 from securities issued after July 15, 1946, under chapter 31 of title 31 to carry out the December 6, 1945 agreement with the United Kingdom, and adds that purpose to the list of allowed uses. Payments and repayments under this law and the agreement are treated as public-debt transactions, and interest paid to the United States must be deposited into the Treasury as miscellaneous receipts.
