The Director of the Office of Management and Budget must send Congress, within 90 days after December 16, 2016 and every year after, a report listing all U.S. government payments and donations over $100,000 (including in-kind) to the United Nations and its related agencies from the prior fiscal year. The report must give the total amount, the approximate share of U.S. giving to each U.N. agency compared with all sources, and for each U.S. contribution the amount, whether it was assessed or voluntary, the U.S. department or agency that paid it, its purpose, and the U.N. recipient. The first report must cover the three previous fiscal years. Within 14 days after sending the report to Congress, the Director must post a public, text-based, searchable copy on a website.
