Allows Hong Kong Economic and Trade Offices (Hong Kong’s trade missions in the U.S.) to get same immunities U.S. gives public international organizations under treaty or law. The President may apply Article I of the Agreement on State and Local Taxation of Foreign Employees (April 21, 1994) to them.
