The United States may give $50,000,000 to the African Development Fund for its first replenishment. The Treasury Secretary will start talks with other donors on amounts and voting changes, and any commitment depends on Congress approving the money. Congress may appropriate $50,000,000 without a fiscal-year limit for payment.
