The U.S. Governor of the Fund may put up $513,900,000 for the Fund’s fifteenth replenishment on behalf of the United States, but only if Congress approves the money. To cover that amount, up to $513,900,000 may be appropriated, with no fiscal year limit, for the Secretary of the Treasury to pay.
