Summary
Allows the U.S. Governor of the Fund to give $591,000,000 for the Fund’s sixteenth replenishment on behalf of the United States, but only if the needed appropriations are obtained. To cover that payment, $591,000,000 is authorized to be appropriated with no fiscal year limit for the Secretary of the Treasury to pay.

(a)The United States Governor of the Fund is authorized to contribute on behalf of the United States $591,000,000 to the sixteenth replenishment of the resources of the Fund, subject to obtaining the necessary appropriations.
(b)In order to pay for the United States contribution provided for in subsection (a), there are authorized to be appropriated, without fiscal year limitation, $591,000,000 for payment by the Secretary of the Treasury.
