The United States Governor of the Bank may agree to buy 532,023 extra shares for the United States, but that purchase only takes effect if money is approved in advance by appropriation laws. Up to $7,286,587,008 can be provided for this payment without a fiscal year limit, to be paid by the Secretary of the Treasury, with $437,190,016 for paid‑in shares and $6,849,396,992 for callable shares.
