Title 22 › Chapter 7— INTERNATIONAL BUREAUS, CONGRESSES, ETC. › Subchapter XXIX— UNITED STATES-MEXICO BORDER HEALTH COMMISSION › § 290n–2
Allows the Commission to investigate and continuously monitor health problems that affect people in the United States-Mexico Border Area. It also lets the Commission help build a joint U.S.-Mexico system with government and private partners that uses advanced technology to collect and track health data, and to give money, technical, or administrative support to nonprofit groups that prevent, solve, or educate about those health problems.
