§5461 Policy Coordination of Seed Program

Summary
The President must appoint a SEED Program coordinator in the Department of State. That person will be directly in charge of overseeing and coordinating all programs listed in this chapter and any other U.S. government actions that help carry out the chapter’s goals.

Foreign Relations and Intercourse — Source: USLM XML via OLRC
The President shall designate, within the Department of State, a SEED Program coordinator who shall be directly responsible for overseeing and coordinating all programs described in this chapter and all other activities that the United States Government conducts in furtherance of the purposes of this chapter.
