Money approved for fiscal year 1993 to carry out chapter 11 of part I of the Foreign Assistance Act of 1961 may also be used to pay costs the Overseas Private Investment Corporation (OPIC) has when running programs for the independent states of the former Soviet Union under title IV of chapter 2 of part I of that Act (22 U.S.C. 2191 and following). This is in addition to any other funds already available for those costs. That permission ends when the Overseas Private Investment Corporation Act Amendments Act of 1992 is enacted.
