Title 22 › Chapter 68— DEMILITARIZATION OF FORMER SOVIET UNION › Subchapter III— REPORTING REQUIREMENTS › § 5922
The President must send Congress a report no later than 30 days after the end of the last fiscal quarter of fiscal year 1992 and then no later than 30 days after the end of each fiscal quarter of fiscal year 1993. Each report must show information for the quarter just ended and for the year-to-date totals. The report must say how much money was spent and what it was spent for; where the money came from, listed by program; which U.S. departments, agencies, and private companies took part; what activities and help were provided, including progress on industrial demilitarization and converting those facilities to civilian use; and any other information the President thinks Congress needs.
