Title 22 › Chapter 78— TRAFFICKING VICTIMS PROTECTION › § 7105b
By October 1, 2018, the Attorney General must gather and send to every group that receives grants to provide victim services information about reliable, effective tools to spot victims of human trafficking. By that same date, the Attorney General, working with the Secretary of Health and Human Services, must choose recommended ways to screen for trafficking victims and encourage groups that get grants to help youth victims to use those screening methods.
