Title 22 › Chapter 79— TRADE SANCTIONS REFORM AND EXPORT ENHANCEMENT › § 7206
Send any report named in 7202(a)(1) or 7204(1) to the proper committees in both the House of Representatives and the Senate. If a joint resolution starts in the Senate, it must go to the Senate Committee on Foreign Relations. If it starts in the House, it must go to the House Committee on International Relations. That committee cannot report the joint resolution until the eighth session day of Congress after it was introduced.
