The Corporation must publish, within 90 days after each fiscal quarter ends, details about certain help and transfers. For assistance under section 7704 it must list each recipient’s name, the amount given, and a short program description that says if it was solicited or unsolicited and explains the goals and how results will be measured. For funds under section 7718(b) it must list the U.S. agency, the amount, and the program the agency will run. The Board, through the Chief Executive Officer, must post this information on the Corporation’s website, announce its availability in the Federal Register, and may use other ways the Board chooses.
