Title 22 › Chapter 85— NORTH KOREAN HUMAN RIGHTS › Subchapter I— PROMOTING THE HUMAN RIGHTS OF NORTH KOREANS › § 7815
Congress says the United Nations must help improve human rights in North Korea.
