Title 22 › Chapter 92— COMPREHENSIVE IRAN SANCTIONS, ACCOUNTABILITY, AND DIVESTMENT › Subchapter I— SANCTIONS › § 8514c
The President must apply the sanctions listed in section 8514(c) to every person put on a special list described below. That requirement does not let the President impose sanctions on the importation of goods. As information becomes available, the President must send Congress a list of people who, on or after January 2, 2013, took part in corruption or in diverting goods (including agricultural commodities, food, medicine, and medical devices) meant for the people of Iran, or who took money from selling or reselling those goods. The list must be unclassified (it can have a classified annex). The unclassified part must be made public and posted on the Department of the Treasury and Department of State websites. good — has the meaning given in section 8801(a).
