Within 90 days after August 10, 2012, the Secretary must publish in the Federal Register rules defining "sensitive technology" for Iran sanctions, focusing on jamming, monitoring, and surveillance of mobile and internet. The Secretary must identify tech Iran can use to block or spy on communications, may add it, and must review yearly.
