§8808 Report on Use of Certain Iranian Seaports by Foreign Vessels and Use of Foreign Airports by Sanctioned Iranian Air Carriers

Summary

The President must send a report to the appropriate congressional committees no later than 180 days after January 2, 2013, and then once a year through 2016. Each report must list large or otherwise significant ships that entered Iranian seaports controlled by the Tidewater Middle East Company during the reporting period and name their owners and operators. It must also list every airport where aircraft owned or controlled by an Iranian airline that the U.S. has sanctioned landed during that period. The first report covers the 180 days before it is sent; later reports cover the prior year. Reports should be unclassified but may include a classified annex.
