Congress urges the President to strengthen high-level three-way talks and policy coordination with South Korea and Japan about North Korea. Those talks should cover North Korea’s nuclear, missile, and other weapons programs, human rights, and cyber threats; meet regularly with U.S. State, Defense, and intelligence officials and their counterparts; and regularly brief these committees: Senate—Foreign Relations; Armed Services; Select Committee on Intelligence. House—Foreign Affairs; Armed Services; Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence.
