The Secretary of the Treasury can give a court classified, law-enforcement, or other legally protected information in secret when the court is reviewing a finding, a change made under this subtitle, or a ban, condition, or penalty that relied on that information. The info may be shown only to the judge and not to the other parties. Giving the judge secret information does not create any right for someone to have a court review those findings, changes, bans, conditions, or penalties.
