Title 22 › Chapter 101A— FIGHT AND COMBAT RAMPANT IRANIAN MISSILE EXPORTS › § 9422
The United States must urgently push to extend the missile limits in Annex B of U.N. Security Council Resolution 2231 (2015). It must use every available tool to limit Iran’s domestic production of ballistic missiles. The United States must also stop and deter the transfer of weapons, equipment, materials, and technology to or from Iran or involving the Iranian government. Countries, people, and companies that help Iran get or build such arms must be held to account under U.S. and international law, using sanctions and export controls, even if the Annex B limits expire as expected in October 2023.
