The President must, no later than one year after December 20, 2019, and every year after that, send a report to the Senate Committee on Foreign Relations and the House Committee on Foreign Affairs. The report must list the energy infrastructure projects under section 9563 that the U.S. will support and, for each project, describe the U.S. role (early- and late-stage), give the amount and type of any U.S. debt financing or insurance, state the amount and type of any early-stage support, and provide a progress update as of the report date.
