Title 24 › Chapter 1— NAVY HOSPITALS, ARMY AND NAVY HOSPITAL, AND HOSPITAL RELIEF FOR SEAMEN AND OTHERS › § 14
The Secretary of the Navy must get land and build Navy hospitals using low-cost plans that are easy to expand when funds allow. At least one must be a permanent home for disabled, frail Navy officers, seamen, and marines. Congress must approve any land purchase, building, or expansion.
