§151 Battle Mountain Sanitarium Reserve; Establishment; Rights to Lands, Not Affected

Summary

Sets aside certain lands in Fall River County, South Dakota, in township 7 south, range 6 east, Black Hills meridian so they cannot be settled, entered, sold, or otherwise disposed of. The boundary begins at the southwest corner of section 18, then runs east to the southeast corner of section 18; south to the southwest corner of the northwest quarter of section 20; east to the southeast corner of the northeast quarter of section 21; north to the northeast corner of the southeast quarter of section 9; west to the center of section 7; south to the southwest corner of the southeast quarter of section 7; west to the northwest corner of section 18 and back to the starting point. This does not change any valid rights already obtained that relate to these lands.
