§151 Battle Mountain Sanitarium Reserve; Establishment; Rights to Lands, Not Affected

Summary

Keeps certain pieces of land in Fall River County, South Dakota, from being settled, claimed, sold, or otherwise given away. The land is in township 7 south, range 6 east, Black Hills meridian. The boundary goes: start at the southwest corner of section 18, east to the southeast corner of section 18, south to the southwest corner of the northwest quarter of section 20, east to the southeast corner of the northeast quarter of section 21, north to the northeast corner of the southeast quarter of section 9, west to the center of section 7, south to the southwest corner of the southeast quarter of section 7, west to the northwest corner of section 18, and then south back to the start. This does not cancel any valid rights already acquired in those lands.
