Summary
Amounts that, under laws before July 1, 1943, were taken from naval hospital inmates' pensions to help pay the hospital must be deposited into the U.S. Treasury as miscellaneous receipts.

Pensions of inmates of a naval hospital, required by law prior to July 1, 1943, to be deducted from the account of the pensioner and applied for the benefit of the fund from which such home or 11 So in original.
