Title 25 › CHAPTER 1 — BUREAU OF INDIAN AFFAIRS › § 13–1
Allows money to be approved as needed under the Act of April 16, 1934 to pay for basic educational support run through parent committees. The funds go to public schools that teach Indian students when their combined Federal, State, and local money is not enough to give those students the same education as non-Indian students in the same schools, and when not giving the money would cause schools to close or make the education worse.
