Require the Secretary of the Interior to update and print an expanded version of the book "Indian Affairs, Laws and Treaties" (Senate Document No. 319, vols. 1–2, Fifty-eighth Congress) so it includes all treaties, laws, Executive orders, and regulations about Indian affairs that were in force on September 1, 1967. The Secretary must also republish "Federal Indian Law" and, as feasible, gather and print the Solicitor of the Department of the Interior’s official opinions about Indian affairs given before September 1, 1967. The Secretary must keep the updated book and the Solicitor-opinion collection current every year. Congress may provide whatever money is needed to carry out these tasks.
