Title 25 › Chapter 1— BUREAU OF INDIAN AFFAIRS › § 13e
Starting October 12, 1984, money appropriated for the Bureau of Indian Affairs (except the revolving fund for loans and the Indian loan guarantee and insurance fund) must be available to pay for exhibits, to make advance payments for services under contracts (including ones that go past the fiscal year) made under the Acts of June 4, 1936 (48 Stat. 596) and August 3, 1956 (70 Stat. 896) and under laws that end Federal supervision of certain tribes, and to pay expenses required by continuing or permanent treaty provisions.
